What's the average episode count?

For $15? That's the bargain of the century unless you're buying good quality bootlegs...

Where do you live? Even if converted to pounds, that'd be a good price. ^^;;

Yeah, I don't even see sales that add up to that many episodes.  No wonder you don't want to pay much.  I sure feel bad for those in Japan who buy DVDs...

Right, so you're talking about bootlegs, we're talking about actual releases. ^^;;

Bootlegs have their place, though, Bandai STILL has not released many Gundam series and the only why I can have them on DVD is through decent-quality bootlegs. :) So I'm fine with that.

Well, I was asking what you'd be willing to pay for an official DVD of an anime that only has one episode.  And by official, I kind of also mean good-quality.  Not like a crappy company copying straight off of fansubs and saying that they did it themselves.

*misses Geneon's releases*

What's 400 in your currency equal to in American dollars then?

Well, there are "good" bootlegs, too. The DVDs copied directily from R1 DVDs with subs, dubs, and the same quality for cheap...

No thanks...  I don't want high-quality bootlegs nor do I download DVD rips.

I'm just saying, they exist. Lots of people just get those bootleg box sets and are completely happy with them because they look just as good as the actual release. I only buy bootlegs if the series has not been released in North America... like many older Gundam series. :)
