Well, that movie was certainly different. At least the storyline was not generic like many movies these days.

That is why you should get the entire trilogy and plan to make it a marathon. Of course, having others watching them with you makes it so much more fun. ^_^

As for myself I have not watched that many movies except for X-Men Origins - Wolverine. I have always enjoyed these movies though the comics are much better in my opinion.

Just saw Law Abiding Citizen.  Covered my eyes at the gross parts, though.

hmm far from the books i guess, i mean holmes is like a raving lunatic in the movie.

Summer Wars, man this reminded me of the first Digimon Movie but nonetheless awesome.

if only F/SN UBW would come out in dvd already though Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya is already out in dvd just waiting for it to get ripped.

Summer Wars, Tokikake and the Digimon movie all have the same director.  That explains the similarity of floating around in that white space filled with stuff.  With that said...I'm sooo jealous that you already saw Summer Wars!

Shutter Island.  Glad it really wasn't horror.  Poor DiCaprio is no longer boyishly cute.  But he's still good-looking.  >_>

I have actually been wanting to watch Percy Jackson and the Lightning Thief to see if it was as good as I hope. Shutter Island seems quite good as well, makes me think of a psychological horror type movie though without the horror part, but it is a shame that DiCaprio is no longer cute.

As for the last movie I have seen that would be Boondock Saints 2. It was certainly an interesting movie.

I saw Shutter Island and Alice in Wonderland most recently.

I for one am glad that Shutter Island wasn't a horror.  Lots of things have interesting stories but I can't watch them because of my intolerance to horror.  And I do agree that Leonardo DiCaprio isn't cute anymore.  He's still not bad-looking, though.  It's just been a while since his Titanic days.

Like most of Johnny Depp's movies Alice in Wonderland does look quite good, if a bit odd.

When it comes to horror the only type I can't stand watching are the ones with a lot of gore but the ones that are just creepy, like Stephen King movies, are the type I grew up on. lol
