A Question Regarding Imports
« on: January 12, 2006, 07:00:07 PM »
Well, I've read quite a bit of Ichigo 100% online, and now, I'm looking for the raws. Preferrably ones that are offline, since I don't like to use the computer too much.

I'm not too pleased with WALDEN books' poor prices (Almost fourteen U.S. dollars) for an import copy of only one book, so I've turned to the computer.

Does anyone here know of some fairly reliable stores that sell imported manga online? If so, please do share.

I usually order books from http://amazon.co.jp.  If you prefer an english site, there is also http://www.nippon-export.com, though they take longer to put your orders together for shipping.

US $14 is about right for an import at a major bookstore. International shipping is expensive. If you have any specialty shops in the area, you might be able to get a discount off those because they ship more and so shipping cost per item is much cheaper.
