Jammer, I actually agree. Amazing...

For me, manga is nice. I like having a good plot, and many of the titles have very good plot. Of course, I still read non-manga. I just finished Farenheit 451 and am almost done with La Via Nuova by Dante (English translation).

I agree. Yeah, when I was a bit younger I wish that America was like Japan cuz of its cool culture, but then I thought about it and realized that it'll never happen and mangas are just plots from the authors minds. No one really knows if this stuff in mangs happen.

I just finished reading Farenheight 451 for a book report. Everyone was so amazed since I am in 8th grade. Truth is I dont read novels unless I have to for reading logs and for book reports. I probobly have read more mangas in my 2 years that I ahve than novels in my entire life XD
Anyway, I found two new great novels to read... "The little Friend" and "The Killin Club"

But yeah... manga is great =D

If you liked the style, I recommend "The Martian Chronicles" by him also. Very good book.

Martian Chronicles is awesome.

Bradbury is awesome, that is why. Not that I am saying everything he put out is perfect, everyone is bound to have their low points (and I haven't read enough of his stuff to point those out).

Good stuff is good stuff no matter if it is a graphic novel, printed prose, or printed verse. Restricting yourself to one medium limits you in a lot of ways. The poems of David Larkin and Rumi, the prose of Bradbury and Tolkien, the mangas of many artists. All have been enjoyed and appreciated by me (and many other works beyond the authors I listed here).
