Anybody else see this yet?  I got the camcorder version, as in, somebody recorded it with a video camera in the theatre.  Still, pretty awesome movie.  Not as funny as Shaolin Soccer, but the action was cool.  Still, it was a ton of fun =P

i saw this a few days ago, downloaded it. great movie, and i thought it was better than Shaolin Soccer. this movie deserves a bump. it comes out in theaters April 1st, so be sure to see it then at least.

wtf. why would you want a crappy camcorder version? that ruins the whole feel of watching it in the theater.

i'm planning on seeing it when it's released nationwide... it looks interesting. and the effects look fun.

I wasn't exactly in China when it came out.  Chinese movies have English subs in the theatres.  Makes for easy piracy >_>

i dunno, i wouldn't see the theatrical release as it's dubbed in english. it kind of ruins the experience.

actually that's very true. i don't like to watch anything dubbed. it just looks and sounds silly that way. and it's not the way it's intended to be seen.

so is it only going to be the dubbed version in theaters? won't they have some subtitled showings? they did do that with crouching tiger, hidden dragon afterall...

i'm not actually sure now...i've heard both sides of it. you may be right, that some places might have subtitles and others won't. if in fact the theatrical version does have subtitles, then the movie would definitely be worth seeing. as for dubs, i'm not so sure.

Well, seeing as how this is a comedy, dubs can only add to the hilarity
I scoff at your pathetic signatures!

My mom heard about it and bought a stupid burned version online.  I couldn't watch more than 10 minutes of it since it was horribly dubbed in Vietnamese.  I call it Babe-dub since when I watched Babe in Vietnam, I could hear English in the background and one guy was translating the movie throughout the whole thing with no expression.  Same thing happened with Kung Fu Hustle.

Nah, I wasn't too interested in watching it anyway.
