"the englightened ones"
« on: December 11, 2004, 05:07:58 PM »
was watching some interesting documentary on conspriracies, normally such programs bore me to tears , but this one had quite an interesting subject.

it was called CONSPIRACIES: the illuminati, meaning "enlightened ones"

apparently its an 'behind the scenes' organisation which has the world leaders on puppet strings and has a goal of a 'New World Order' and to wipe all religion, something about mass anarchy too.

heres a link (not light reading, scan through)
http://www.crystalinks.com/illuminati.html

interesting views , whether its a phsyical group or just an idea.
Far fetched, but who's to say its completely nonsense?

they are supposed to put symbols of themselves in plain view in everyday things, like the "all seeing eye" atop the pyramid of power, (see back of one dollar bill)

that link has different reasons of how that came about.

also kerry and bush are supposed to be in control of it..

ment to have been disbanded in europe by police after plots to overthrow european monarchies, whether its still around in full swing or just an abandoned idea, who knows?

heavy stuff..

To me, clowns aren't funny. In fact, they're kind of scary. I've wondered where this started and I think it goes back to the time I went to the circus, and a clown killed my dad. - Jack Handy

There is a book by Dan Brown that features them.  Angels and Demons, I believe it is called.  Conspiracy theories are so far fetched, sometimes they just piss me off.  That stuff is just fodder for people to fall for.  Kerry a leader?  Why not other senators?  I think most of it is just nonsense.

The Illuminati in Brown's book were a bunch of famous artists and writers during the Renassaince period....

lost?

err, read my post again then... theres nothing particularly baffling about it..

Waya: well, providing it exists,  its supposedly grabbing at the rich and powerful for members, so it probably does have senators,  Bush and Kerry were just an example put out, because of their popularity.

no, it seemed unclear sorry but i meant, kerry IS under control of the illuminati
as is bush ...

They were in that Lara Croft movie, the first one at least. I don't know about the second one, I didn't see that.

though a texan guy called texe marrs i think, does a daily rant on them, and swears men came to his house threatening him to stop.  :P

this guy , http://www.witchvox.com/whs/kerr_marrs1.html

i must look up that 'angels an demons' book.

Shouldn't have seen the first one either, doody.

And they're working on an 'Angels & demons' movie, and maybe 'the Da Vinci Code'. Hugh Jackman or George Cloony are two of the guys being considered for the part of Reobert Langdon.. both of them are perfect for the role... yeah.

He was also up for the role. I didn't know they'd picked him, though. He's a great actor, but doesn't really fit the part...

The main problem with The DaVinci Code was that Robert Langdon didn't blow up enough churches.  In fact he didn't blow up any, and he visted at least three.  For this reason and others, Angels and Demons is a superior work.  Also, Tom Hanks is a douche.  Thank you.
I scoff at your pathetic signatures!

I don't really agree with the site, either one. I think that when someone has their belief, no one should be allowed to say that it's wrong.
Thanks to Chaos for the siggy!!!

I agree its like who the hell are you to tell me what I should or shouldn't believe in personally thats why I don't really like churches, I would rather practice my beliefs on my own than having a preacher tell it to me
crazy kids and their crazy sigs...I dunno about 'em *shakes head*
