Yeah, but either way; they suck. ;)

Filippo Inzaghi is da man. Also, Italy is da man. AC Milan is also da man just as equally.

Nirvana was the best angst band anyways. :P

*cough*

I for one don't cry for music. I cry for the people that keep the shitty stuff going. Or, I would cry if I cared. You know how it is.

And if it's one thing I hate, it's elitism. Some people need their heads smashed into a brick wall.
Are we alone?
Mission complete to the unknown.
This is a story.
This is so sorry.
All is a stone, sunk in too deep,
Run out of air
Lung full of heavy, it's feeling heavy.
Were we forewarned?
Force it to break,
Labor of hate.
Who are we fooling?
What are we doing?

What does that have to do with elitism?

Geesh what a bunch of angry little kids  :P ;D. Linkin Park will never be any better than they are because they are mainstream, & will stay there for eternity. Plus they're music is junk anyway, & they're only admirers are crazed little kids.

Come on, you got to stop fighting over something so stupid that it doesn't need an argument. People have rights to their opinions. If you don't agree w\ someone, just let it go, don't start a huge fight. Be the bigger man(or girl) & let it go instead of fighting, because that will only lead to getting reported, & worse, getting banned.

I hate when people say a band is bad because they are mainstream.  It is as if as soon as they come into public, they instantly suck.  I don't get the logic, other than that they apparently conform too much....and those anti-conformists....sheesh :P

So for a band to be good, it can't be played on the radio or be signed to a major record label?

And I must say, I am not a crazed little kid.

I like LP myself, but I'm afraid Breaking the Habit is out of my system. It was good the first 10 times but then it got stupid. I only like listening to it once in awhile. Nobody's Listening is one of my fav.

God, if you don't like Linkin Park, stay out of this thread, this place is for people who enjoy their music and dont want to start flame wars.

Although they may not be the greatest band ever, some of their songs have a really nice sound to it..

Btw,... that Jay-Z thing with Linkin Park was disgusting, they basically took the lyrics from one song, and pasted it onto the beat/sound of the other, the only one that's decent is Faint-Jigga What, and Numb-Encore IMO.

Honestly though, they need to experiment with different sounds, theyre starting to get repetitive. Then again, a lot of the "2000"  decade sound sucks balls anyways... just about anyone can become a musician now =\

hmm, i thought we were allowed to voice our opinions... afterall, the original poster didn't say that only people who actually like linkin park are allowed to post in here. (in fact, they only asked what we thought about them.) that would be pretty pointless... just a bunch of people agreeing with eachother. boring.

though flame wars can be avoided if people would just learn to respect the opinions of others.

I dislike Linkin Park because they yell too much and their music is about "I lost this", "I'm dyin'". Can't they write about one happy thing in their life?

Swim upsteam, for the beginning starts there.

I wasn't aware you determined who was a poseur and who wasn't.  Last time I checked, they weren't trying to be punk, or anything.

hybrid theory was alright... re-whatever it was... *barfs* i bought meteora... but that was a disappointment.

meh. i like most bands when they first start out.

but music is music. as long as theyre making someone happy, who really cares? (don't really answer that)
